Is this Dukes from the same family in Charleston and Walterboro with the amazing BBQ hash?

I think they're related from way back but their menus and food taste is not the same. Duke's of Ridgeland is far superior. I've tried all three and rank them from the best Ridgeland, Walterboro and Orangeburg a distant 3rd.

All Dukes restaurant's are family owned and operated. They have never been owned by a non family member since they first opened.

The one in blackville sc is the best one.

I like Walterboro better, try Polke bbq in Islandton SC. Not open on Sunday.

Actually the best was the one in Cameron SC. The original Mr. Earl Dukes and his wife. Real pit cooked. Grew up eating there in the 70’s
