Parts for appliances may be bought online from appliance repair part dealers, or locally from an appliance repair service. I have found product manuals available online in PDF format by searching for the "[appliance model number] manual + PDF" and then studied how to install parts like this. Part availability on older appliances is sometimes a barrier -- some parts are no longer available and others are so expensive that the repair isn't worthwhile.
No.....this you would need an appliance store....like where you bought the fridge....maybe try Lowe's or home depo
