I just tried my never used Packard Bell tablet a few days ago. It seemed to be charging but when I pressed the power button, it never turned on. Then I used the reset button with the same result. Do you repair tablets. Carol

Hello Carol. Yes we do work on tablets. If you can bring it in we will take a look at it and see what we can do for you. We are open M-F from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

They work on tablets but if it's still under warranty, I would get HP to swap out a brand new one
