Rainbow stores needs to do better with customer service . I needed to return some items I'd purchased online to the store . I had my full order purchase with pics of items attached in my email and I had the invoice slip. I chose to take a store credit ..( BIG BIG mistake ) instead of returning by mail and getting less 7.99 bk becz they take out for shipping . However, the store clerk stated 1 item number was different. There were actually 2 numbers and 1 matched but her mind was so set and she refused to give me credit for the item. She told me to contact CS which I immediately did. The CS rep called the store and spoke with the clerk while I was standing outside .She asked that they accept the item bcz they had evidence the item came from them and there were actually 2 numbers for this item . The store clerk was noncompliant and strongly refussing to comply. The CS rep was very sympathetic to the problem and was really concerned of how the stores were doing business . Bcz the CS rep didn't want me to have to go back through this foolishnes, she granted me a refund for the item . And stated she hope the stores get better with situations like this . I told her that I doubt that will happen because it's been going on for a very long time . Next time I'll just pay the return shipping or sale the item to prevent the headache!

Very nice and pleasant. Went there on my lunch on 12/4/19. All the ladies were nice and helpful. I told one of th ladies they were way nicer than the other store close by. Great shopping experience.
