Are the PUPPIES cheap or expensive because my sister told me about her friends that go there and how they talk about the animals are cheap

They run specials on the dogs. You would need to call and see how much it costs to adopt since the rates vary.

I adopted a beautiful dog today, she is a smaller size golden retriever and I paid $6 to adopt her which included the in-house vet neutering her.
