They always have chips in them and no just go on normal business hours. Cats and kittens are free and dogs are 35$
I got my dog Bailey recovered thanks to the chip someone had taking him off his tether when I put them in the front yard when I went to the store it took about three and a half months with the police finally recovered him and put them out there at piles and they called me the next day
