Who benefits from sales at Thrift Shop? How much do the Chapel Hill Carrboro Schools receive?

Good afternoon The PTA Thrift Shop is a nonprofit organization with a mission that states: "Enriching lives by building collaborative partnerships and transforming charitable donations into educational and community investments." Our nonprofit benefits from the sales at both our stores to support our operations, staffing, mission and social accountability in the ecosystem. We donate to the CHCCS via our Project Impact Grant, supplies to teachers, goods to social workers and families and more.

I volunteer with a number of organizations that do tireless good work in Chapel Hill. PTA is a nonprofit that has stepped up to the plate to assist my group's without question. I know friends who proudly work there. I know families who have benefitted when in need. PTA is a blessing to us all.
