Yes he can for 1 year after that if is fully disabled if he transfer's his business over to you he will transistor onto to fill ssi if he owes a business no ssi

There's a lot of factors that determine a claimants eligibility. But being disabled and suffering a wage loss because of it is the bear minimum. I would suggest submitting an application, and review the results.
