Yes, they start everybody out with a 1 on 1 trainer. Then you can decide to do personal training or join the Crossfit classes.
Hi Adele! Yes! We start everyone out with personal training to get you moving safely before joining the group classes. You also have the option to continue personal training sessions if you like. Let us know if you'd like to come in for a free intro so we can discuss your goals and explain how it all works :)
Absolutely the one-on-ones are awesome...looking if your moving well....addressing any weaknesses and and also pointing out your strengths. The trainers are so knowledgeable and more importantly able to communicate it to their clients.
