Sit in drive thru for 10 mins while the employees just sit outside smoking I guess. Rode through both drive thru lines at 1045pm 6/13. Why not just close if your not going to take orders

WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!! Don’t even know how this one is still up and running. It’s dirty, the staff is rude half of the time, the wait times are ridiculous and they ALWAYS forget food. Even when you check the food at the window and make them aware they still fight with you :/ I prayed and prayed for a chick Fila when I saw them leveling the property next door to McDonald’s. At this point a bonjangles- hell any other restaurant would be better then this only option!!! My hope is that the Bojangels pushes this McDonald’s out this leaving the building for just about any other restaurant. I know a lot of people feel this way. Not sure how this McDonald’s hasn’t been shut down based off all of the consistently awful reviews… the people are not wrong.

This McDonalds is clearly under staffed. In the morning you expect to have your breakfast at a fast food pace as people are trying to get to work. If you want to wait 15-20 mins for a egg mcmuffin and a coffee this is your spot. I’ve gotten dinner faster!!

This location should honestly be closed down. It’s in a super convenient area but nobody there actually wants to work. Don’t expect to get anything at night be 8/10 times it will be closed at 9pm because the workers don’t want to do their jobs. They will sit in the drive thru all night long just to make it look like they’re working and tell people it’s closed. They are getting paid to do absolutely nothing. Another time we went they said they were only taking cash and it had to be exact cash… I think something sketchy is going on there. These people are stealing so much money from this business. Awful. I will say that the morning workers are awesome - they deserve 5 stars. Just the night crew SUCKS. This location was much better 6 years ago.
