So sad that you were not treated fairly ask when you enter the store I have asked for help because I couldn't lift things someone was there to help I find Lowe's gives good service in general

Unfortunately some people just show up for a paycheck. They don't have pride in their work or respect for someone like yourself who has earned it. That being said if you ask for help it is their policy to help or get someone to help, this service is included in the price you pay so speak up and take advantage of it. I'm sorry you were ignored.

Lowes doesn't hire based on IQ. Most Lowes employees run when they see a customer so your actually lucky.
