Tim and other staff were super helpful and patient with me as I picked out my glasses. The BYGO offer was awesome, so I could get 2 pair of stylish frames. Definitely more reasonably priced options than other optical places in town. I will be back!!

Gave them 3 tries to get the glasses right. First couldn't see clearly, the second time could only see clearly right up close and not if paper was on the desk or on a computer. Third time could not see clearly if in small letters at all. In all cases my regular past glasses did a better job in everything but long distance which seems better without glasses always! Just couldn't get that magic sauce right, but lost my yearly glasses prescription with VSP because it only lets you go once. The folks are kindly enough, just don't waste your one chance each year here!
