Yes I spoke to corporate and come to find out it was a toll in Albany. If they had checked the milage they'd know I stayed in Worcester. Also how was it possible that there was just one toll and not multiple. Thankfully she resolved it but even still, I will never rent another vehicle from anywhere.
I am so sorry for the trouble. Let me explain how it works. 1st of all Hertz never charge tolls direct to the customer. It's third party service and they will charge you directly. So when was the last time you rented the car from Hertz in auburn location?
