Myself and my soon to be husband are soon to be needing temporary shelter. I have found that many shelters will either turn us away for being gay, or separate us at night. What would our experience here be? Do they discriminate?

Go to the Beathesa Center and don't act like you're a married couple, because if you do then they will separate the two of you. No display of public affection at the Center at all.

I have never heard of the Bethesda center discriminating on any one, they are very helpful towards everyone, no matter what your sexual preference are,or race (gender). You should go check them out, and may God bless you both, keep your heads up and always pray to God for guidance and I promise you will see a difference and be blessed.

Bethesda won't discriminate against any one, gay, straight, or whatever. The other recommendations to avoid PDA are spot on.
