Dumb question - what are pepper shooters?

Hi Goody, thanks for the question. Pepper shooters are cherry peppers (about the size of a golf ball) that are cored and then stuffed with mild provolone cheese and prosciutto. We sell them whole as a side but also chop them up and offer them as a topping.
