I don't think so, most parks close at dusk, so if you're there after dark you'll get in trouble. You may want to go online to Westchester Parks Dept and double check.

I have experienced the same being kicked out of the park as Alex and Shavonda described. So no night fishing. An alternative is Croton Landing Park that's about 2.5 miles north. It's officially open 5am to 11pm and usually no cops kicking you out. During the day there are almost always a few people fishing there on the bank of the Hudson River in the southern part. So far I have never seen anyone fishing there at night.
