Only if you're disabled and need the help of your dog!
We just got back from there today. There were quite a few dogs. On leashes. And a couple in strollers......our friends brought there small black dog. And no one working there said anything. In fact several employees said it was really cute and several customers and kids really liked interacting with the dog.
Service animals are the only animals allowed where there is also food.
They asked me and my service dog to leave haven't been back there since the security person said other customers complained
I don't think so. They sell food there. Only if the dog is a service dog.

Yes you can ,but only service Dogs
So, like others are saying, their policy is service animals only. However, I have see people with dogs that are not wearing a service animal vest. They do not have animal clean up stations.
I haven't seen that. I believe not.
I believe only if it's a service certified dog, but not sure.
