You can buy a wireless network card for a laptop or desktop. Best Buy has a few options.

There are multiple ways of getting a wireless connection on a computer. One is adding a wifi card, which you connect to the main board of the computer. Another is getting a wireless dongle, which you just plug in like any other USB device. Both have their benefits and drawbacks, but TP-LINK has some great WiFi cards for speed and performance. If you go into Best Buy, they should be able to show you their stock of WiFi cards and WiFi adapters, and potentially install one for you. Hope I could help!
Any modern WiFi USB device should work. Make sure you check the compatibility of the device before you buy it so that you may be be certain it works on Windows 7.
You can usually get a Logitech usb wireless dongle for pretty cheap. Just make sure it works with Windows 7.
