Why do they give you the Sunday on a meal before you get the meal? I ask because the ice cream is melted alot by the time I receive the sandwich and the rest of the meal.

The ice cream a customer ordered is supposed to be out to them in under 2 minutes unless they specify for it to be given to them later.
