It's a large store and always busy. It's also a multi cultural store. Most of the staff are much older then you. What I'd do is go in several times, walk around and get familiar with the store, know the merchadise so you can comment on it during your interview,. This will also give you an idea when it slows down so you can speak with the stire manager when it's not crazy. Brung all necessary documents with you at this time, ut shows you're prepared and think ahead. Oh and ni gum or mints un your mouth, use full words and look the interviewer in the eyes when in conversation. P. S. Big Lots isnt far and also always look for P/T employees.
