We will be in Orlando. We won’t be staying at the Disney resorts. Can my family & I still drive and go to Winter Summerland for mini golf? Do we have to be staying on Disney property to go?

You can pay at the gate to play a round. You don't need to be staying in Disney.

My family went back in March despite not staying in Disney property or going to the theme parks (we were in town for a family wedding). The cost was pretty reasonable and parking was easy (and free!). We had a great time and loved noticing all the details in the theming.
