The place is good for fishing but no good for dog because no have a space for play or run
You can as there are no signs prohibiting dogs. But, I personally haven't seen anyone bring their dog to the Skyway pier. Keep in mind that this "pier" are the remaining of an old two lane bridge that was demolished due to a BOAT accident and to make way for the new bridge, so it's somewhat narrow; barely wide enough for two lanes and for cars to park on one side. This is not a "park" per say, so there are no grassy open spaces or terrain for dogs to run around or roam freely. Also, the walkways/sidewalks are congested with people fishing and their gear.
