Are you able to purchase Greenbacks on both sides of the pier?

I'm not really sure on that I've always used a cast net to get my greenbacks there is a Sandy Bottom are the north and south end of the pier were you can cast net off the rocks to get your greenbacks

No but if you have a cash net sometimes plenty of greenbacks.

You might have to call and see. But, like Micheal said, it's pretty easy to get bait on both sides on the flats.
