Yes not understanding why they are not answering unless some how you got the wrong number
I have no problem here great place. They answered right away when i called. Great customer service friendly people too.
I've stayed there never had any issues. They were all so nice and courteous.
Just wait a minute or two and call again.

It depends on what time you call I did have a black male come outside and guide me to the back of the hotel where I could find truck parking.... you are dealing with semi-professionals that will most likely be watching videos or using the bathroom or entertaining themselves online throughout the night
They have a hard time here and there...have noticed several businesses in Phoenix that cant answer
