I have stayed here multiple times. In many rooms. Easy check-in. Nice people. No one bothered me at all. It's a "no frills" hotel. Don't expect a bell-hop! The rooms could use some work, but nothing to complain about.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere/ anywhere else.....!!! Horrible experience. The staff and location are all bad.. Dirty blood stained pillows.. Lipstick on the pillows.. Dead roaches on the floor.. Homeless and druggies everywhere. Had to keep checking on my car all night. In the morning gardeners blew dirt all over my car it was filthy & I had left my windows cracked due the extreme heat and the ghetto gardeners blew dirt all inside my car , it was dirty AF... Girl at the counter couldn't careless.. Tried washing clothes.. The machine steals are your quarters.. Staff couldn't careless..

Rooms grubby with coockroaches behind fridge. Shower door didn't fit Air con so loud you can't talk. Staff only served through a night hatch at 7:30 in evening Rooms now serviced if you stay more than one night. Towels are tiny. TV must be 25 years old as must be the grubby decor. Worst hotel I have stayed in 36 years of travelling to America...grim beyond grim. Must add that smoke detector was smashed and unrepaired, business owner clearly has no regard for customer or staff safety. Shameful management team.

Everything about this place was terrible. We knew we were coming in late so we tried calling the front desk about five or six times to confirm our reservation starting around 7pm during our drive into Arizona and no one ever picked up. When we got there, the front desk rep couldn't sign us into a room because the system said it had never been cleaned. They sent a security officer to check and he confirmed that the room had not been cleaned. Mind you, the lobby was closed so we were standing outside at 1:30 in the morning on a February night waiting about 20 minutes while they figure this all out. The hotel was booked, so it took a while to find us another room. When we finally got into the room, the door lock was broken, the smoke detector had been ripped out of the wall, there was a bug flying around, there was trash in the wastebasket, the hair dryer had also been ripped out of the wall, and one of the electrical outlets was taped over with duct tape. The front desk person told us we could get a refund or just deal with it. This is now past 2am. Given the multiple safety hazards, we left and went to find another hotel. This place was disgusting and the customer service was abysmal. Do NOT stay here.
