High tide.
I usually shoot for "at least" two hours before & after high tide. But honestly, I'll fish whenever I get a chance, tides aside.
When tide comes in and out
That's not always true. You want to get there as tide is coming in. Not after it hits it's peak. Catch the fish as they are coming in and once tide goes out, catch them as they swim out.
