Can someone pls return a phone call back to me regarding the issue with the credit not being reported on my account. This has been an issue for over a year and we've paid extra to have it reported to the credit places. No one is resolving this...thx

The office staff has been nothing but nice and accommodating. Any problems or issues I have they take care of immediately. I'm sorry your needs aren't being meet and I hope they take care of your issues soon
