Not really a question just a comment.... Went to this location; waited about about 15 minutes & no one even acknowledged us. Some employees were just standing there talking & a bunch of tables were empty; but not cleaned off. So we left.

That is terrible. We only rate our experience at a location, we don't work for them. . You need to get in touch with the restaurants manager and let them know your experience

I go to the one in Southchase never have a bad experience sorry to hear what happened

This Steak and Shake is probably one of the slowest locations that I have ever visited. The burgers are great but unfortunately you have to put up with the laziness of the staff. Ordering through drive thru is also a hassle a minimum of 15 minutes wait is mandatory per order.
