Understaffed expect too much out of 1 person hired to do grill but also wash dishes do prep dressing table make shakes and drive thru himself during lunch rush for $9.50 hr. Very understaffed and complain when struggling to keep up! And promise raises you won't see.

That is terrible. We only rate our experience at a location, we don't work for them. . You need to get in touch with the restaurants manager and let them know your experience

We were in the area for 5 weeks and used this place probably 8 times and only one time was I not 100% happy and even that time was not bad. They are open 24/7 and have a lot of staff most are great, its a cheap place and I could never not tip here

Lawrence Palmer, With your Smart Cell Phone go to your Google Play Store type in Steak n Shake. Down load it and Sign up. After you have sign up you can buy gift cards and put them on your cell phone smart app. When you go to pay it takes the money right from your account on your smart phone. Every time you spend $50.00 dollars it give you $5.00 back off of your bill. I use it all the time every time I go there to Steak n Shake.
