We arrived earlier than 2 families but they managed to take our order half way then leave to the next family when we haven’t even finished ordering.The customer service is terrible.There is no point to go if they won’t give u the food u want.

I'm a business traveler, been there countless times. Agreed sometimes when there is high traffic they take longer to get the food out, but the quality every time has been spot on! Sorry that you had a bad experience.
