The maps will show you all the areas but generally smoking areas are on the parimeter away from heavy foot traffic. A popular spot is near the hot air balloon down that long stretch of sidewalk. Few smoking spots along that.
You can smoke in designated smoking areas.

Walking out of the Rainforest Cafe entrance, turn Left and walk to the end of 'street'. Turn Left again and you will see a smoking/vaping area.

Outside...i mean i dont think ur supposed to smoke right outside...they have smoking areas at that shopping center its in but we smoked right outside restaurant without issue
