When trying to make a reservation at Rainforest Cafe' located in Disney Springs, why does the Disney website not recognize their own restaurant? When you click on "Reservations", you're prompted to "Pick a Location". Disney Springs isn't on the list

I don't know, but if you register for Landry Select Membership you move quickly through the line with preferred seating

We didn't know that u needed to make a reservation, but there was open seating at the bar, walked in and no waiting! It's a great place!

You must call the restaurant directly to make reservations. They have limited seating due to spacing of tables.

Save your money.. much better options in Disney Springs

We actually had to call the restaurant location to make our reservation. I don't know why they don't make it easier. Universal isn't any better.

Rainforest Cafe is not in any of the four parks as the others are. That is why they are not listed. They do not/have not given reservations before. The reason for needing reservations now is due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Hopefully they will drop them shortly as Covid-19 is on the downturn. Lunch time they were allowing walk ups with a wait list.
