Both, maybe if you don't have reservation, have a waiting time more than an hour to be seated
They do reservations as well as walk ins.my family and I got a table shortly after we walked in and its a great place to eat. The special effects are awsome.

Reservations are best, but rhey accept walk-ins. Especially at Disney or lunch and off times.
They take reservations and that is the best thing to do. You can walk up but you will wait awhile depending on the time
You have make a reservations when you walk in and then they'll give you a ticket so they know you're table is ready based on how many people are coming.
