Even with appt, plan to drop off. Took at least a few hours.
Better to drop it off. They do have a waiting room but why waste a bunch of time. BTW, I called around to other detailers and Paiva is about the best. There's one detailer in Cranston but he gave me an appointment 2 weeks out. Then another detailer in Warwick/EG line that I would never trust. He wouldn't quote even a neighborhood price and kept telling me it depends on the type of car, what he has to do, how dirty it is, etc. He talked about all these various reasons for price hikes for at least 5 minutes straight. I could sense right through the phone he was going to find a reason to jack me up. He'll do it right away but once you hand those keys over it will probably get very expensive.
