Lyon Property Management has been responsible for my apartment buildings needs shortly after I moved in 4 years ago, and it has been a pleasure ever since, the first thing I did was download their property management app (AppFolio Portal) and from their I’m able to pay my rent easily & securely as well as submit any needed repairs or Tennant issues. I’ve only had to submit 3 request for maintenance and every time they responded immediately with a reply confirmation & appointment for my request. Repairs are done right the first time and always by a courteous professional. In addition to addressing the needs of the tenants they also do a great job of taking care of the property, everything from landscaping, snow removal & even gutter cleaning so we don’t worry about issues come winter!
