Maybe Try logging out and back In ifyou use online or Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it that might help only other option is to ask at the store
Not sure, but that's a great question. I usually have great success while ordering online but when they run out of specialty subs, its very inconvenient especially if you are unavailable to get the message. The manager, Cameron, at the Sunray store was great at resolving the issue at hand 😁
