The two front desk employees are not friendly at all. They don’t greet nor smile at the guests at all. And they are not helpful, they just sit behind their desk just stares. If asked a question they look or laugh at you for not knowing the answer already. When we arrived, our spot was changed without notification. We are glad we stopped by the front office first. When we asked about why it was done they just stared and had no answer to give. They tried to brush it off like I was dumb for thinking it was anything but the new spot number. The overall vibe is anything but fun and inviting. I am positive they don’t even care enough to have yet again a bad review. As with other campers here, we really wish we had another last minute option. Definitely planning farther ahead next time. Lesson learned. Hope this helps.

Have a 23’ trailer. Stayed here because we are members of Thousand Trails. Guess there was a reason why this was the only place I could get a reservation on short notice. Most spots are by permanent residents. Very tight roads and narrow spots. YOU NEED A SURGE SUPPRESSOR. The first day we stayed there was a big surge. Water pressure a little on the low side. The sewer hook up is in the concrete so it was a little difficult to hook that up. Bathrooms are not air conditioned. Now for the good parts - the library and club house is great! Pool tables, competition shuffleboard, horse shoes, and corn hole courts. Pool looked nice. Pet friendly but no free run area. I didn’t see any strip club as prior reviews mentioned but there is a liquor store and lounge, restaurant, and grocery within walking distance. Very short drive to the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs. I liked the location but I too wasn’t going to be walking around at night. There were a lot of homeless people hanging out by the entrance to the park.

They will have open spaces Temp or long term. Temp rv space is in advance, reserve your spot.
That depends on who owns the unit, they can rent however they choose, the Park does not own any mobile homes, there owned by individual people
They don't allow 15 breeds they deem aggressive but will allow little dogs that snip at bigger dogs allowed on the list
I've been here for a little over a year! And I have seen many trailer's all year long for rent and for sale! I love this park! People are friendly and help each other if needed! Plus the swimming pool, billiard tables and shuffle board courts, plus in season they have all types of events like pot lucks, cookouts and Bingo!
I have no idea...signs. up about calling the office... Better results than Google I expect..😁😁

Encore Resorts have big plans for the Park. Give them a year! It's going to look like a new property. Cleaning it up and out!!! The old owners let it go down hill never put a dime into it!! just kept taking taking taking. And that's why it's a little rough right now.
The park does not own any rental units and I am unsure what naco is. If you are looking for a lot to rent then, yes we do.
Not aware of any. Call the office.
It's in a perfect spot Lot's of things near by.
Call the parks office.
