Call the customer service number on the packing slip that came with th items.
Call them or go to customer service.
I would call with that question with my receipt handy
Get on Sam's Club face book page and post your situation on there. Give a list of the items and what you paid and how much the money off was to be. You may get a better response there.
It depends when you ordered them when they had money off the items prices change when there isnt a holiday
