If they're already loaded on your card..the cashier will ask you if you want to redeem them each time you check out at the register..or you can go to member services and cash them out if you prefer..although many save them to go towards their membership fee or Christmas shopping,
When they are posted to your club card (you can check the website), the cashier will ask if you want to use the points when you cash out.
