I drove all the way over to return a housewarming gift at 9am...my husband is 90 and they wouldn't let us in!! Had to wait in the parking lot until 10am. What kind of service is that?? I won't renew this membership.

If you were a Plus member, you would have been let in. Plus members pay twice as much membership dues

Honestly I haven't been in Sam's club in years and I haven't had good experiences with them either. I'm sorry you had to deal with that
