Yes, as others said, photography is allowed and there is much beauty to capture. However I believe they have a policy related to professional photography, i.e., for business purposes, like wedding or commercial shoots. They are a private, not for profit garden, so permits may be required if you plan to sell your work. Best to call and inquire before you arrive & unload all your equipment.
Hi yes! You are allowed to take photos out here, you will probably see a few photographers if you stay long enough. Lots of beautiful areas and quite a bit of variety.
I'm sure it would be fine. On my visit, everyone was snapping photos. Of course nowadays we all use our phone for photos, so a real camera is less common. As long as you don't bring an entire production team in, you will be fine. The place is absolutely beautiful. A creative eye will find some amazing images. I took almost 200 photos on my last visit.
