What age do you need to be to purchase an air soft gun, Do you need a license for an air soft gun in NJ, and are there air soft guns less than $40?

To purchase an airsoft gun, you need to be 18 and no license is required. If you are under 18 a parent must be present with you, and must also supervise you when using it. There are some options under $40 but we unfortunately do not carry any of those items. We agree with Thomas on the fact that airsoft guns under $40 tend to not be so great. From my experience, no license is needed for an airsoft gun. To PURCHASE, probably 18 years old. You can have an airsoft gun if you are just a little younger, but don't think you can purchase. Airsoft guns less than $40 tend to be not so great. I trust the guys at the store can help you choose a good gun on a budget 😉
