Well this store sounds like it sucks. TY. Will shop somewhere else.
Unfortunately had the same response was enquiring about a sold out product on sale and was sent to another desk then was basically told tough luck when I asked about availability possibly at another store.

My experience at the SRQ has been okay. I think they have a new corporate CEO now with a focus on serving the customer. Hopefully it will improve.
Never had an issue there, have always been treated friendly, have even been directed to similar items that were on sale to save me a few bucks.
