This place is ridiculous! We had kids and they wanted to play in the pool around 8pm and one of the owners came and ran us away from the pool as soon as we got in. They was very rude and unprofessional! Also only one of the gate opening is working and they are too cheap to fix the other one. Everything is outdated and not efficient. Even the showers u have to turn on the sink water to get got water. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying there.. waste of money

Excellent location, facilities/amenities, lots, price!! Huge pool and the grounds are beautiful as well. Gated community with over 400 sites, but it never felt crowded. One couple of the permanent residents were jerks, but overwhelmingly the majority were very nice. Cal invited us to the residents 4th of July cookout. We brought a few pot luck items and Alice and the other ladies and gentlemen were so nice and made us feel right at home. Residents give good tips on places to see and eat. We are doing a tour of Florida this summer and this was the best overall location for beaches and the rv park. 10 minutes from a huge modern indoor mall on rainy days. This park is a little bit of paradise!!

How long can you stay at one time? The winter? The cost for staying and is there an age limit on camper?
Yes, they have RV sites. However, youll need to call them to confirm availability. We've stayed there with our 33.5 foot bumper pull. Plenty of room on the site we were on for a 40' or longer.

Yes, there are bath houses. Most lots now have mobile homes on them, but there are still some open lots for rent. You'd have to contact the park office for a list of what's available and rates. They have a website. It's a nice park.
Its fairly reasonable. Call the office and they can inform you. I also believe they have different rates depending on when you're there and the site/equipment needed.
We have seen rv's and trailers come and go. Dome stay overnight others for weeks. Contact the office for complete information.
