They have recliners but you might want to check in house. I looked and I don't remember seeing any electric chairs where the foot is higher than the head. You might want to call them and check a medical supply store!
You'd have to call and speak to the store, most people here are just people who have been to the store. I would say that maybe the nurses or doctors could help you get something and possibly something that insurance may cover part of or all of, it helps if the doctor or nurse makes phone calls saying it's needed because it sounds like it is. Hope that helps and hope you get what you need in time.
