I've heard several rumors that the club and its property were recently sold (it's been on the market since mid-2019) and that it will close permanently on March 4. Anyone here know anything about that?

The sale is finalizing this month … the owner is selling cause of tax evasion issues. They’re going to be closed for slight Reno and clean up then they plan to reopen for the 4th of July .
