All the cheesecake is NY style with whatever topping toppings you would like. This time of year it's pineapple, blueberry, cherry or a combination of all three called the pinwheel cheesecake. In summer they add strawberry also. For fall they have pumpkin. During other times they make other seasonal flavors.. Turtle, key lime, Marble, Mint Chocolate Chip etc...
