I'm whats called a dual diagnosed patient that means I have mental and physical health issues I'm 51 yrs old almost I've been on klonopin since 1983 I've been on methadone for chronic pain since 2013 klonopin is only dead cocktail when u make it lethal if taken as prescribed at moderate dose your life is in NO JEAOPARDY AT ALLLLL
If your urine has Alcohol or any kind of Benzos in it then yes, they will stop dosing. They are deadly combinations with methadone. However idk if it is permanent stop or just a suspension. If you have meth or any other opiate or weed or anything else in your urine, they will continue to dose. If you continuously have meth in your urine, they will create a plan to stop the meth or they will stop your dose. They understand you can't quit cold turkey but they want to see an active decrease in your choice of drug intake.
No they don’t it takes MULTIPLE failed drug tests but it only matters if it’s A benzodiazepine like Xanax, alcohol, or opiates. They don’t care about other drugs though
