Update: Every single person here is amazing! The people at the front desk, always nice and treat you like you're a human being and not just some addict. My counselor is amazing! Angie! I can go to her anytime and her door is always open, if she's busy she will make time for me! She has helped me through some personal issues by just talking to me and helping me learn to cope with any negativity in my day-to-day life. If you are struggling with addiction and are thinking about coming here, it will be the best decision you ever made! Trust me on this! Don't listen to all the nonsense and negative comments that people have to say about the treatment, because it's damn sure better than what you're doing now! You won't regret it! everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I have been on a maintenance dose for 4 years and I truly believe they are the reason I got my life back. I will miss Jaz. But everyone there is super nice. If you need help, don't put it off any longer..just go for it and u will not be disappointed.

Nice program with councilors that care about your sobriety!!! But, for some reason you don't have a good match and that happens sometimes, they will try there best too communicate with staff and try to get everything taken care of in a timely manner... please don't ever leave!!!

It is liquid methadone but you can also get pill form if you speak to the doctor about it. Been going for years and it's honestly a great place. Takes about 3-5 days to get admitted and usually at 30mg and go up daily based on your needs until your stable. They do drug test but don't care about THC.
If the Dr is there he see's you that day. Im not certain exactly what days hes in but i think its 3 days a week.
Im not sure what type of insurance they accept, i self pay. But there are people who do have insurance. You can give them a call to get more info.
It's a methadone maintenance program. They do not have iop, or op, groups.
They charge based on your household annual income, I believe. Don't quote me on this because I wasn't paying attention to that part lol. However, I pay $76 a week. The initial charge(doctor day) is $168. That includes the doctor visit, bloodwork (that u must go to the lab for within 3 days of first dose) and charge of first dose. As far as how much each day all depends on the individual. But I believe the very first dose is 30mg for everyone, and then you increase as you and your counselor see fit.
Either or. I paid outta pocket my 1st visit. And I pay out of pocket for my medication. Im not entirely sure what insurance is accepted thoe. But its a great place to go for a fresh new start.
I'm whats called a dual diagnosed patient that means I have mental and physical health issues I'm 51 yrs old almost I've been on klonopin since 1983 I've been on methadone for chronic pain since 2013 klonopin is only dead cocktail when u make it lethal if taken as prescribed at moderate dose your life is in NO JEAOPARDY AT ALLLLL
They should. I know that ive seen ppl dose as guest and transfers. And i know that u would have to ask ur counselor to transfer ur paper work over. The springhill PAR is the BEST
Its not closed its just closed for the day...
Yes they do. I'm on staywell and I go there. They have a big list of Medicaid plans they accept like 4 types. United and stay well I remember for a fact. Only thing is you max out at 6 take homes because Medicaid will only pay a week at a time. You have to show in person weekly to get them to pay.
Nope you gotta show scripts send a special letter to your doc that the doc signs and faxes in that says they fully understand the risk of prescribing benzos and methadone and what other Rx meds they give you. Then you might have to meet with the clinic doc to tell him why your on them like I did. He was cool but firm when I told him I had tried all other anxiety meds that were non benzo and that they were not working and it was affecting my daily life. Also gotta bring in bottle and get pills counted monthly.
Yes. Youll have to go do lab work and things like that.
They will not tell us you on your very first trip in. Inless ur pregnant but i am guessing no. The first day u will fill out there paper work nd they will give u an early appointment for the next day if its a doctor day. He is there Mon Tues wendsday. So like if u go mon you will just fill out paperwork I think it's hard to like one person and then they will give you like a 6:30 doctor appointment visit and then you will go early that morning you will see the doctor you will see the nurse and you will dose that day and they will start you off with 30 mg of methadone but now if you go on a Wednesday Thursday or Friday you won't get appointment till Monday they want you to see the doctor before they dose you in case like you're really bad and they really need so late don't you don't you and then of course it will be more than 30
Yes you can choose which treatment is best. You can miss up to 5 days without them rescheduling your dose.
It depends on if you are paying out of pocket or if you have insurance. Some insurance companies have a copay. I know that if you have medicaid there's no charge. If you pay cash the doctor visit is like 50 to 75 $ and then the medicine is like 20-30. They are pretty good about working with you and payments ....
No you have to go and do the paperwork. The give you a slip to go to lab core and make the doctors appointment. Bring proof back that you did your blood work and then you get dosed. Takes about a week. Its $98.00 a week unless you have Medicaid. Good luck I've been on methadone maintenance for 14 years. Its my backbone and changed my life.
No
Yes I think they are connected.
