How do you know if your reservation has been scheduled? We have to make appointments now for everything. I scheduled one but never got the confirmation email, so how do I check if it went through?

I know it's frustrating these days and I'm going through the same situation myself. The important thing is that you have to "follow" the instructions to a T,..and once you're in the "correct page" and you "choose" the date that's available to you, and you "set up" the appointment,..you should receive automatically an email confirmation to the email address that you have given them. That email will have the date, and time of your appointment. Like I've mentioned,..it's "very important" to "follow" the instructions very carefully in order to have the appointment correctly set in the system.
